VoltixC is the brand of Guangzhou FuTeXin Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer founded in 2021 that runs its own export sales. Factory and registered office share one address, so the company named on your quotation is the one that owns the machines.
Wholesalers and distributors are the first buyer group, and other buyers order on the same terms. VoltixC is a cable lug and wire terminal manufacturer in Guangzhou, China, with a 1,200 m² factory, 25 staff and 135 production machines, supplying copper tube lugs, mechanical lugs and insulated terminals to buyers in North America and Europe.
The 1,200 m² VoltixC factory holds 135 production machines, and the photos below group a selection of them by process step. Each photo shows a machine as it stands on site. It doesn’t state output, test methods or how often a test is run.

Inspection records for each order are agreed per order. List the tests you need.
An order moves from your first enquiry to a loaded container in six steps, and nothing moves on until one side confirms its part. You confirm sizes, samples and packing. VoltixC confirms the part match, the drawing that goes to production and the documents that travel with the goods. Lead time, MOQ, payment and trade terms are confirmed per order by email or the enquiry form.
| Problem | What to do | Check |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Enquiry: what does the quote need? | Send the part type, conductor size with its unit, stud or tab size, material, plating and quantity, or a drawing for custom parts | Every line carries a size unit and a quantity |
| 2. Specification check: does a listed series fit? | VoltixC matches each line to a listed series or marks it as custom | You confirm the match or return a corrected drawing |
| 3. Sampling: do the samples fit your wire and tooling? | VoltixC makes samples, with fastest sampling from 7 days, confirmed per order | You approve the samples before the order is released |
| 4. Production: what goes to the floor? | The press line stamps terminal bodies; the molding machine adds sleeves for insulated terminals | The approved drawing and plating travel with the order |
| 5. Quality check: which records ship with the goods? | List the inspection documents you need | The records that ship are agreed per order |
| 6. Shipment: how is the order packed? | Pick bulk bags or labeled packs and the carton marking | The factory packs the goods for export and loads the container |

Three things can be checked before a first order: the factory, the tool room and three compliance documents in the company’s own name.
Production runs in the company’s own plant in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, where 17 of the 25 staff work. The team that quotes a part belongs to the company that makes it.
The tool room cuts punch and die parts on the CNC mill and the wire-cut EDM shown above. When order volume justifies it, VoltixC builds new tooling for a custom hole size or palm width in-house.
The CE attestation, the UL certificate and the SGS RoHS test report all name Guangzhou FuTeXin Technology Co., Ltd. as the holder. Each one is shown in the documents section below.
VoltixC covers three product families on 21 product pages: cable lugs, mechanical lugs and crimp connectors. Each item below links to that family’s overview page.
Cable lugs join a power, battery or grounding cable to a stud or busbar.
On mechanical lugs, a set screw holds a copper or aluminum conductor.
Crimp connectors take control and appliance wire to a tab, a small stud or a second wire.
The range uses copper, aluminum, tinned copper, PVC and nylon, so name the conductor metal and the sleeve material on every line of your enquiry. Other materials are possible as custom orders.
VoltixC holds a CE attestation, a UL certificate and an SGS RoHS test report, all issued to Guangzhou FuTeXin Technology Co., Ltd. This page leaves out document numbers and dates.

The CE attestation falls under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, names EN 60947-7-1, EN 60947-7-2 and EN 60947-7-3, and covers every VoltixC product.

VoltixC is UL certified; the image shows the first page of the certificate of compliance.

RoHS test report available (SGS): SGS tested lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium on tin-plated copper terminal samples.
Naming a directive or standard on this page is not a claim of certification to any other standard.
VoltixC has 25 staff, split across three kinds of work. This page doesn’t publish names or photos of the team.
