Which channel should you use: form, email or WhatsApp?
Use the quote form when you can name the part and its size, and email when a drawing or photo has to travel with it. For a short question, use WhatsApp chat via the floating button at the bottom right. All three reach the same export desk.
Quote form: you know the part and the size
The form asks for product line, conductor size and quantity along with your contact details, and that is enough for the review to start. Type the series, hole size, plating and target market into the message box. The form takes no file uploads.
Email: you have a drawing, photo or spec sheet
Send drawings and photos to hugo@voltixconnect.com and put your name and company in the email. If you used the form first, the shared company name lets both be read as one enquiry.
WhatsApp chat: you have one short question
Use WhatsApp chat via the floating button at the bottom right for a quick check, for example whether a series comes tin plated, then follow up with the full list by form or email. This page lists no phone number.

What happens after you send an enquiry?
Four steps run between your enquiry and the quote: receipt, a specification check, confirmation of the part or drawing, and the quote. Replies go out 24/7, but this page sets no turnaround time for the quote. A value that is missing or doesn’t fit gets sent back to you as a question. Nothing is guessed on your behalf.

What should you send for an accurate quote?
Send five details with every size on your list, each written with its unit. AWG, kcmil and mm² don’t step in line with each other, so a size written only as “50” could be read on more than one scale, and that line waits at the specification check.

Partial lists are fine. Swap a missing series name for a sample photo, and look up an unknown stud size on the cable lug size chart before you write.

Cable lugs are copper tube, compression and battery lugs that bolt to a stud or busbar.
Conductors clamped under a set screw, copper or aluminum, belong with mechanical lugs.
For control and appliance wiring, crimp connectors include insulated ring, spade, disconnect and butt splice terminals plus wire ferrules.
A part that fits none of the three can still be quoted from a drawing or a clear photo of the sample.

Should I use the quote form or email?
Use the form when you can fill in product line, conductor size and quantity. Email works better once a file has to go with the request. Both land with Hugo in Export Sales, and if you send the form first and a drawing later, the same company name in both keeps them together.
Which files can I attach, and where do they go?
Drawings in DWG, STEP or PDF and photos in JPG or PNG go by email to hugo@voltixconnect.com, since the quote form has no upload field. Mark hole spacing, palm width and barrel length on the file before you send it.
Do I need a full part number to ask for a quote?
No. A series name, a product page link, a drawing or a clear sample photo is enough to start. Before any quote is prepared, the matching series and size, or the drawing revision for a custom part, is confirmed with you.
Can you send certificate copies with the quote?
Which copies go with your quote is confirmed per order. VoltixC holds a CE attestation under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU that covers its full range, is UL certified, and has a RoHS test report available (SGS). Name the documents your market needs in the enquiry. Document numbers and dates are not printed on this page.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Sampling terms are agreed per order, with fastest sampling from 7 days. List the sizes you want sampled and the number of pieces for each, and the sample terms come back with the quote.
Are lead time, MOQ and payment listed on this page?
They aren’t. Lead time, MOQ, price and payment depend on the part, the quantity and any tooling, so they are confirmed per order by email or the enquiry form. Give the total quantity and the date you need the parts, and the quote answers against that date.
